GLUTEN FREE - ALLERGY AWARE
We take food allergies very seriously and train our servers to answer any questions with regard to any possible allergens in our dishes or other concerns that our customers may have. We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of all the ingredients that are used in our menus. We have compiled a list of our dishes that are gluten-free for our customer's convenience.
Unlike most restaurants, we have greater control over ingredients and preparation because of the amount of meals we make from scratch! All members of our staff take extra measures to be very accommodating, listen to your needs, and enact a checked plan with management and the kitchen to ensure that your meal is safe and delicious. While we minimize all risks, it is very difficult to be completely gluten-free in a large restaurant, but we promise to be gluten and allergen-friendly. We use allergen-free sunflower oil, never peanut or soy.
