We keep an updated schedule on our MySpace page or you can sign-up for our email updates or give us a call to find out who’s playing this weekend at 410-975-2678.
Rockin' bluegrass from the Chester River boys, Ben Armiger (Guitar, Lead Vocals), Samuel Miles Guthridge (Banjo, Lead Vocals), Marc Dykeman (Bass, Harmony Vocals), Nate Grower (Fiddle, Harmony Vocals). What they say about themselves and their music: "The geese in winter, ghostly cornfields waiting for harvest in the light of the full moon, vegetable gardens, cutting firewood, damned roosters crowing in the middle of the night - all these shape the music we play. Country music from the country, imagine that." www.myspace.com/chesterriverrunoff
Indie musician Dave Tieff plays some great acoustic rock. His songs are personal and tell a story. They also come with some catchy hooks. www.myspace.com/davetieff

Singer & Musician Magazine says, "...Mercy Creek, the two-piece group (singer/guitarist Cheryl Nystrom and drummer Jim Ball) is one of the leaders of an aggressive folk rock movement and have been coined "The White Stripes of Americana." Their sound blends modern folk with pop, rock, blues and even bluegrass. Nystrom's vocals are raw, uninhibited, intense and sensual." www.myspace.com/mercycreek

Sean is the lead singer and guitar player in the McCabes, one of America’s best loved Irish bands. Sean will be doing a solo performance at the Brian Boru. Inspired by the work of Steve Earl, especially the album ‘Train A Comin’, Sean felt he could forge a country/old-timey sounding band, singing songs with Irish themes. Sean was also inspired by the work of Irish writers James Joyce and Patrick Kavanagh, both of whom were inspired by their hometowns to create their masterworks.
Sean writes, prolifically, songs born in Ireland, but made in the USA. The McCabes website
A singer and songwriter and Washington Area Music award winner. He will entertain you with his singing, great guitar work, and well crafted songs. www.myspace.com/stevemcwilliams
